We asked Juan to convert our food pantry into a laundry closet, and he did an excellent job. He and his crew showed up on time every day, worked hard all day, and finished ahead of schedule. They sealed off the area to keep dust from spreading and laid down floor protection where they walked, which we really appreciated. The project involved a lot of rewiring, running a plumbing line up from the basement, making holes in the walls and ceiling, but everything was handled smoothly. We’re very impressed with the quality of their work—it’s clean, professional, and solid. Now that we’ve seen their craftsmanship, we’re ready for them to renovate our basement.

Juan and his incredible team have done many projects for me over the years! Most recently he built me a beautiful staircase. I wish I had the before photos where only a flimsy white metal railing existed. Now is a beautiful multi floor wood stair case he built the railings, sanded, stained and sealed them. He and his team built me samples so I could see what the final product would look like. He worked around myself and my hyperactive dog. Juan and his guys produced an incredible stair railing that color matches my LVP floating stairs seamlessly. Juan is truly an amazing contractor and craftsman!!
